The Eastbourne, East Melbourne VIC
A timeless residential icon and significant addition to East Melbourne’s rich architectural fabric, the 14-level Eastbourne development honours the tradition of Freemasonry, which maintains a prominent presence on the site with a purpose-built Grand Lodge on the corner of Victoria Parade and Eades Street, and located directly opposite the Fitzroy Gardens. The building’s design approach was inspired by the notion of pavilions in the park, with the aspiration to create a residential environment which directly connects with the gardens and provides a calm and serene outlook.
Waverley Park, Mulgrave VIC
Waverley Park is a masterplanned community located in the south-eastern suburb of Mulgrave, approximately 23 kilometres from Melbourne's CBD. The site, which is over 80 hectares, was previously an Australian Rules Football venue. The oval, and a portion of the stadium, have been retained and converted into a retail precinct and sporting facilities. The 6.8 hectare lake and wetlands amenity, including an adventure playground, opened to the public in mid-2021.
Jack Road, Cheltenham VIC
Located in the inner-south eastern suburb of Cheltenham, Melbourne, Jack Road takes inspiration from the site’s industrial past and proximity to the beach, resulting in a community that reflects and celebrates both influences. Marrick & Co, Marrickville NSW
Completed in July 2019, Marrick & Co is the first One Planet Living Community in NSW and sets a new benchmark for projects that embody whole-of-life sustainability – environmental, economic and social. Designed by Mirvac Design in collaboration with Tonkin Zulaikha Greer, the multi-award winning Marrick & Co delivers a mix of apartments, terrace homes, new public green spaces, as well as the landmark Council Marrickville Library and Pavilions, which were designed by BVN and delivered by Mirvac.

Ascot House, Ascot QLD
Ascot House was completed in 2018 and is the first release of luxury apartments at Ascot Green, a vibrant new residential precinct on the Eagle Farm Racecourse in Ascot, Brisbane. Harold Park, Forest Lodge NSW
Beloved by the community, the award-winning Harold Park, located in Forest Lodge NSW, has revived the former raceway into a bustling community precinct. Ovo, Green Square NSW
The tallest tower in Green Square, NSW, Ovo is part of the revitalisation of Green Square. The tower was awarded a Good Design winner at the 2019 Good Design Awards. Mirvac and Landcom are building a new Town Centre at Green Square, where beautifully designed apartments will line streets brimming with interesting places to eat and shop. Located in Moorebank, Brighton Lakes adopted an innovative approach by being the first Mirvac project to be built using the pre-fabricated Velocity construction technique in partnership with CSR.

The Moreton, Bondi NSW
Acquired in 2013 and completed in 2017, The Moreton in Bondi is a coveted urban yet beachside setting that delivered a collection of five buildings of varying scales. Fairways, Brookwater is a boutique community within the Greater Springfield region in the heart of South East Queensland’s western growth corridor. Located within Brookwater’s premier golfing community, Fairways introduced Mirvac’s signature quality and truly innovative design through contemporary architect-designed townhomes nestled among the native bushlands surrounding the 1st, 2nd and 3rd holes of the Greg Norman-designed Brookwater golf course.
The Sanctuary on Moggill, Moggil QLD
Set amongst natural bushland and surrounded by green corridors and parklands, The Sanctuary on Moggill is a 359-dwelling community which delivered Mirvac architect-designed turnkey homes, house and land packages and land lots. The feeling of openness was retained through Mirvac’s commitment to devote more than 10 per cent of the site to green space, including six parks and a large communal-use sports oval.

After six stages spanning across several years, our Rhodes Waterside dwellings were completed in 2013. Park at Waterfront Newstead, Newstead QLD
Following on from the success of Pier, Park was the second stage of development. Set opposite Pier, across some 5.5ha of parklands, these premium apartments brought the best of inner-city life to Newstead.
Pier, Newstead QLD
Pier is the first and most luxurious stage of Waterfront, Newstead. It sold half its 99 luxury riverside apartments off the plan for more than $200 million on release. This included the Grand Penthouse which sold for a record $14 million. A first for Brisbane. Pier features unrivaled lifestyle amenity including two heated lap pools, two fully equipped gymnasiums, residents function room with boardroom and fully equipped kitchen as well as a concierge service. The development won the 2012 AIA Award for the Brisbane region in multi residential developments.

Laureate, Albert Park VIC
Mirvac's bespoke residential development completed in 2011 in Albert Park, Melbourne, is poised between city and sea, in the heart of Albert Park, Laureate’s elegant designs reflect the artistic heritage of the area. All homes are set within beautifully sculpted gardens and walkways designed by award winning landscape architect Rick Eckersley. Inspired luxury living at its best, Laureate took out the national ‘Townhouse/Villa Development of the Year’ accolade at the prestigious 2012 HIA CSR Australian Housing Awards and was also recognised for its outstanding architectural design and artistic finishes by respected industry bodies such as UDIA Victoria and the Australian Property Council.
Beachside Leighton, North Fremantle WA
Completed in 2011 and designed by Kerry Hill Architects in association with Mirvac Design, Mirvac’s Beachside Leighton apartments, in North Fremantle were recognised for excellence in architectural design and took out top prize at the AIA WA Architecture Awards – the Harold Krantz Award for Residential Architecture – Multiple Residential. Beachside Leighton was the first stage developed at our site at North Fremantle, where we currently have another stage selling, Compass.
Meadow Springs WA
Recognised for excellence in design, winning the 2013 UDIA WA award for Residential Development over 250 Lots, Mirvac’s master planned community, Meadow Springs, features an abundance of green space that includes a 4-hectare park with playgrounds and BBQ areas to be enjoyed by residents and the wider community for years to come.
Mindarie Keys, Mindarie WA
Mirvac had a strong vision to create a landmark waterfront community in Western Australia with Mindarie Keys. After acquiring the site in 1996, Mirvac created 20 luxury residences on the marina, which was a first of its kind development for the State. Residents, each with their own private jetties, have unparalleled access to some of the best recreational fishing spots in the area.

Cutters Landing, New Farm QLD
Originally the site of the Colonial Sugar Refining Company, Cutters Landing is an award-winning industrial redevelopment in New Farm that was completed in 2003. Now home to 264 luxury apartments and 85 homes on the river front, this preserved heritage icon is once again a hub for local life.
Walsh Bay NSW
Sydney’s now iconic Walsh Bay, completed in 2003, the development has won 65 awards including the prestigious Royal Australian Institute of Architects Walter Burley Griffin Urban Design Award. This joint venture is one of Australia’s largest urban renewal projects with a value of around $700 million. The development reinvigorated this remarkable part of Sydney Harbour to create a lively commercial, residential, retail and cultural precinct. About 350 apartments and homes are mixed with retail and medium scale commercial development—including a theatre—to produce one of Sydney’s most exciting areas.

Encore, Elizabeth Bay NSW
Purchased in 1982, The Sebel Townhouse at Elizabeth Quay became one of Sydney's leading five-star hotels; famous for its famous clientele which included Elton John, who had his wedding reception at the hotel in 1984. In 2000, the Sebel Townhouse in Elizabeth Bay was demolished to make way for a new purpose-designed residential tower that is certain to become one of the great landmarks of the area. With clean bold lines and cutting-edge design, the 15-level Encore tower, featuring 78 luxury apartments is envisaged as a building of understated style in the heart of Sydney’s most vibrant district.
The Peninsula, Burswood WA
In the early 2000’s, Mirvac started the redevelopment of one of the largest single residential projects ever undertaken in Western Australia at The Peninsula, Burswood. This project totally reimagined the area, creating a fully planned and integrated riverfront suburb, comprising of apartments and townhouses, only 2 kilometres from Perth’s CBD. The redevelopment, spanning almost 20 years, has seen the project win a number of awards including; the 2007 UDIA award for High Density Development, the 2008 UDIA award for Best High-Density Housing and the 2009 HIA-SEDA GreenSmart Award for Estate of the Year.
Chatswood Plaza, Chatswood NSW
Built over the 2000’s, the award-winning Pacific Place, Chatswood spanned over 11 years and 5 precincts, including Altura, Cambridge, Epica, B2E and the final stage, Era. Each tower with its own unique character, with Altura and Epica featuring an elliptical façade, contrasted against the more angular finish of Cambridge and Era.
Sydney Olympic Village, Newington NSW
A very special project in the life and history of not just Mirvac, but the nation as a whole; in September 1993, the President of the International Olympic Committee, Juan Antonio Samaranch, declared that Sydney was to be the host city for the summer Olympic Games of 2000. One immediate requirement was that the Olympics, and the subsequent Paralympics, would require a world-class athletes’ village. Mirvac seized the opportunity and recognised the project as a showcase to deliver the world’s best practice planning, design and construction and set a new benchmark for environmentally sustainable development. A major challenge was that after the Games the village would become a new suburb of Sydney, with all the attendant long-term planning and infrastructure needs. The result was Newington. To date it has received an unprecedented 36 major building, architectural and design awards and has become a model for urban developments worldwide. In 2002 it won the prestigious Royal Australian Institute of Architects Premier’s Award. Houses and apartments at Newington were designed in conjunction with HPA by a team of Sydney’s best housing architects. They were designed initially to function as part of the Olympic Village, and then later as part of an integrated suburban community. The Newington apartments have received national acclaim for their design.
Seascapes, Mandurah WA
In 2010, Mirvac’s beachfront Seascapes community in Halls Head Western Australia received the AIA award for Urban Design Space. We created a foreshore walk which unlocked the foreshore for our Seascapes by Mirvac community and others living nearby.
The Melburnian, Southbank VIC
In circa 2000 we opened our doors to The Melburnian. The luxury apartments changed the way people saw inner-city living in Melbourne. As the twentieth century ended, The Melburnian changed the way people saw inner-city living in Melbourne. These exclusive apartments located in the heart of the arts precinct on St Kilda Road are just a stroll to the CBD and offer extensive views of the Yarra River, the city, the parklands and the bay. In 2001, the penthouse apartment set a record for Melbourne when it was sold for more than $5 million. The Melburnian won several awards including the 2002 High Density Project of the Year Award at the HIA Victorian Housing Awards; the 2002 Best CBD Highrise Residential Development Award at the PCA Excellence Awards and the Australian Apartment Project of the Year Award at the 2003 HIA Australian Housing Awards.

Quay Grand Suites, Circular Quay NSW
Quay Grand Suites at Sydney's East Circular Quay was completed in 1997 and made front page headlines as people stood in line for several hours to buy an apartment off the plan. All sold in less than six hectic hours.
Park Central, St Kilda VIC
With beautiful views over Fawkner Park, the sound design of Mirvac’s Park Central luxury apartments, built in 1995 on St Kilda Road, cemented their place in Melbourne’s property market.
Beacon Cove, Port Melbourne VIC
Beacon Cove, a complete revitalisation of Port Melbourne, now ranks as one of Mirvac's most successful projects. The 1994 joint venture with the Victorian Government, has become the city’s seaside gateway at Port Melbourne and includes both houses and apartments. The first stage of around 830 dwellings was completed in 2001; Stage 2 includes 400 waterfront apartments. As a fully integrated estate, Beacon Cove incorporates a gymnasium, medical centre, light rail station, a convenience store and restaurant precinct. It provides a combination of absolute waterfront apartments, and luxury houses and courtyard homes. Some 830 dwellings have already been completed and another 400 are planned along the pier and the foreshore. The iconic project has received ten different awards including awards in the categories of Medium Density and Integrated Estates / High Rise Apartments at the 1996 HIA Top Home Awards Victoria, the HIA Excellence in Housing Awards Medium Density Project of the Year Award in 1997 and the Medium Density Development Award at the UDIA Awards for Excellence in the same year.
Liberty Pacific, Main Beach QLD

Mariners Reach, Newstead QLD
Completed in the late ‘90s’, Mariners Reach, a series of buildings on the Brisbane River, revitalised a derelict docklands area of the city. The unique project won many awards including the Urban Renewal Project Award at the 1999 UDIA National Awards for Excellence and the award for Urban Renewal at the 2000 UDIA QLD Awards for Excellence. The success of the project led to Mirvac acquiring the adjoining land for its Waterfront Newstead project.
Quay West Suites, Brisbane QLD
Quay West suites sold off the plan in just three weeks. Quay West Suites Brisbane was the city’s first five-star serviced apartment building, with the upper levels containing luxury apartments.
SY21, South Yarra VIC

Raleigh Park, Kensington NSW
Constructed in the early '90s', Raleigh Park, situated in Kensington in Sydney's South East, set new standards in urban design and was the basis from which Beacon Cove and Newington were later developed. Comprising 147 houses and 364 apartments, the green-filled estate won a number of awards for excellence in planning and design. These included the MBA Excellence in Housing Award in 1993; the HIA Australian Housing Awards Medium-High Density Lifestyle Estate Award and the AILA National Project Award in 1994; and the API National Award for Excellence in Planning, the API NSW Award for Planning and Development and the Award for Townhouses $250,000 & Over at the MBA Excellence in Housing Awards in 1996.
1980 - 1989
Cotswolds, North Turramurra NSW
In 1983 Mirvac completed a retirement complex, The Cotswolds, on Sydney’s leafy north shore. The project was a model for future urban retirement communities and revolutionised urban development in Australia by prompting the country’s first planning laws for communities of residents over 55 years of age (known as SEPP5).
Kincoppal, Elizabeth Bay NSW
Preserving the rich history of the estate, Mirvac redeveloped the harbourside Kincoppal building in Sydney's Elizabeth Bay in the early '80s'. Formerly a family residence and then a private girls' school, Mirvac reimagined the estate by creating apartments, retaining the original sandstone mansion, gatekeeper’s cottage and tramsheds. The apartments sold out within a matter of weeks achieving the then-extraordinary average price of $550,000.
The York, Sydney NSW
Completed in the early ‘80’s, The York was Sydney’s very first luxury apartment high-rise. Going on the market, it stunned with an overwhelming public response; people were queued around the block for a chance to buy one of the 150 apartments on offer, and The York sold out in just four hours.
1970 - 1979
Castle Vale, Willoughby NSW
A few years later, Mirvac developed Castle Vale in Willloughby in Sydney's lower North Shore. With 161 apartments spread over seven separate buildings, this was the first large-scale integrated development in the city. It comprised seven buildings, including townhouses, walk-up apartments and eight-storey apartment blocks. Recognised for excellence in design, the development received the Top Homes Award at the 1978 HIA NSW Housing Awards.
Montrose, Rose Bay NSW
Built in 1972, Montrose was Mirvac's first ever development which comprised of a single block of 12 apartments situated in Rose Bay, in Sydney's East.
