Overview of the Arana Hills Project

Our vision for this new development is to bring Mirvac’s signature quality to Arana Hills with a key focus on building community. This development will predominantly offer a variety of townhomes to suit a diverse range of buyers looking to purchase new in the well-established Arana Hills community. It will feature extensive landscaping and enviable recreational facilities, modern architectural design and high-quality finishes. 

Mirvac’s proposed community will feature:
  • A mix of 3 and 4 bedroom terrace homes over two and three storeys, all with double garages 
  • Three land lots fronting Leatherwood Drive
  • A total of 212 carparks within the development
    - 154 resident spaces, which includes 77 double lock up garages
    - 58 visitor spaces (42 tandem spaces, and 16 general spaces located across the site)
  • Residential common facilities incorporating a pool with a landscaped pool terrace including barbeque, dining and lawn areas
  • Community manager to manage the community within the development
  • Extensive landscaping throughout to complement the neighbouring green corridor along the eastern site boundary
  • Main vehicular entrance for the townhomes via Plucks Road as per the Development Approval


Current Construction Update

  • Mirvac has recently received approval of the Development Application for 80 Plucks Road, Arana Hills and is currently refining designs.
